Technical Training | Level 1 Basics

This first module is part of a series of modules focused on explaining the fundamental basic knowledge around refractories. This level is accessible to all HTS employees and compulsory for the following functions as part of their onboarding: Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, Purchasing, S&OP, Strategy, Business Development, Commercial Excellence, Quality Control, S&T, Project/Installation.  In this one-hour module you will learn what kind of raw materials and additives are necessary to produce top quality refractory materials.
